Soil testing has been successfully completed for the Panilma project, marking a key milestone in the pre-construction phase. The results will be carefully evaluated by the engineering team. With this critical assessment underway, the project is progressing as scheduled. Construction is expected to commence in the near future.

The design for the Makarios Sea Front Tower was successfully finalized, completing all architectural planning details. This ensures that the project is fully ready for implementation, with all elements aligned to meet the highest standards of quality and aesthetics.

Mr. Antwan Seif, visited Cyprus to review the study of the Panilma Residence project and inspect the project site. Discussions focused on design concepts, project requirements, and next steps, while the site visit provided valuable insights to support decision-making. His visit marked an important step forward in the project’s development.

The main concrete base for the residential project Landoor 106 has been successfully layered, marking a key stage in the construction process. Completion of the concrete base sets the project on track for timely progress and upcoming phases.

A special study was conducted by Engineer Mr. Kosmas Michael on the seismic structure of the Luma Hotel. The study focused on evaluating the building’s resilience to seismic activity, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and recommending necessary structural enhancements to guarantee long-term safety and stability.

A feasibility study has been completed for the Makenzy Twin Towers project. The study assessed the project’s financial viability, market potential, and technical requirements, providing a clear framework to guide decision-making and strategic planning.  

The cooperation meeting between RM Cynvestco and Mr. Ghassan was held to discuss potential projects overseas and in Greece. The session was successful in exploring opportunities, aligning expectations, investment considerations, and long-term objectives, establishing a strong foundation for future partnership. The meeting concluded with mutual agreement on next steps to advance discussions and move initiatives forward.
