PANILMA I Residences

The project “PANILMA I” involves the development of a new housing complex within a land use zone designated for a mix of larger and smaller residential units. The first stage of the development includes 8 terrace houses and 5 detached houses.

The concept for each house is centered around an open-plan living environment, to promote a sense of spaciousness. The ground floor features an open-plan living and dining area that seamlessly connects to a modern, open-concept kitchen. To enhance the living experience, each house includes an open space on the outside, which is designed to incorporate either a swimming pool or a fountain, adding a tranquil outdoor element and enhancing the overall ambiance of the home. On the upper floor, the design incorporates three bedrooms, each positioned to maximize natural light.

The layout and design principles are identical for both house types, with the primary differences being in the dimensions and scale of the spaces, both inside and outside the homes. The smaller houses are more compact, with proportionally scaled living areas, while the larger homes offer more expansive interiors and additional outdoor space.
