Our choice of land for LANDOOR 105 RESIDENCES grounded in research, vision, and strategic planning. One of the main factors in choosing the land for this project was its location. Situated in a rapidly developing area, with proximity to transportation networks, main roads, schools, local amenities and city center. The site is positioned at a T-section, which presented a unique opportunity for visibility and accessibility, ensuring views of the surrounding area for the entire building, which will contribute to the overall success of the development.

The building mass is designed as a linear form oriented along the street facing the open space, instead of two blocks with windows directly facing one another.

The building façade is designed with projecting and recessed surfaces, both for aesthetic appeal and simultaneously providing privacy for each resident. Vertical louvers were incorporated into the building design to disrupt the repetition introducing a sense of movement and rhythm. This addition adds depth and complexity to the visual experience.

All two-bedroom apartments are designed with windows at both the front and rear, ensuring a continuous flow of fresh air throughout the space, contributing to a more comfortable and energy-efficient living environment.

LANDOOR 105 RESIDENCES merges modern architectural principles with high-end finishes and sophisticated design elements, offering both comfort and exclusivity.

The modern design is optimized for comfort and functionality, with open plan living areas, kitchens with sleek finishes, and luxurious bathrooms. The apartments feature large windows, each with its own private balcony  offering views of the surrounding landscape.

The project will have an energy efficiency of grade “A” since photovoltaic panels will be installed on the roof in order to produce renewable energy.

The project is expected to be completed APRIL 2025.
