Landoor 106

LANDOOR 106 is a new residential project located in a sought-after location of Livadia, Larnaca, only 4 kilometers to the Larnaca marina, Phinikoudes Beachfront and Dhekelia Blue Flag Beaches.

Upon analyzing the site, characterized by a long façade along the road and limited depth, we opted for a design comprising a row of ten houses, all facing towards the main road. To enhance privacy, each unit is designed with a small garden at the front, as well as a rear garden, optimizing both outdoor space and the relationship to the surrounding environment.

The semi-detached terrace houses are arranged in mirrored pairs, featuring intricate detailing such as arches, curved balconies, and  traditional Cyprus stone.

The design of every house utilizes an open-plan layout on the ground floor, which allows for a seamless flow of space and maximizes the functional area. The central staircase serves as a focal point, while maintaining a cohesive flow between living, dining, and kitchen area. On the upper floor, three well-proportioned bedrooms are arranged to ensure privacy and comfort. The use of high-quality materials and a contemporary scheme throughout the interior space emphasizes both aesthetic appeal and practicality, while enhancing the overall sense of light, space, and comfort within each home.
