Landoor 107

LANDOOR 107 is a new residential project located in a prestigious area of Aradippou, Larnaca, only 4 kilometers to Larnaca center and 1 km to the Metropolis Mall.

The design concept for Landoor 107 was to establish a parallel building along the front edge of the site, aligning with the street. To fully utilize the length of the facade while integrating a central open space, the building mass formed in to a U-shaped configuration. This layout allows for a more efficient use of the site, creating a central courtyard that enhances a connection to the surrounding environment, while maintaining a strong visual presence along the road.

Although the building appears as a single mass, it is actually composed of two blocks, each with its own separate entrance points. This dual-entry design not only enhances the functionality of the building, but also provides more privacy and convenience for the residents.

This modern complex offers 14 apartments featuring a mix of two- and one-bedroom units. Each unit features open-concept living areas, quality finishes, and large windows that flood the space with natural light.
