MAWJ RESIDENCE

Introducing MAWJ, a new residential development located along the main road of Aradippou adjacent to the European History Park in Larnaca. The project is situated in close proximity to the Metropolis Mall, just 7 kilometers from Larnaca Marina and a few meters from the main Larnaca - Nicosia roundabout.

Elegance and simplicity were the guiding principles of the concept. Inspired by the name MAWJ, meaning "waves" in Arabic, the façade is composed of flowing, curved surfaces, with a subtle twist introduced by the rotation of one floor. The result is a visually striking and captivating form, evoking fluidity and grace of the waves.

The design is strategically crafted with expansive windows that open to the main road, ensuring a beautiful panoramic view and optimizing the north-east orientation for natural light. The rear west facade intentionally has fewer windows, to reduce exposure to the harsh afternoon sun and increase energy efficiency. This approach enhances the environmental performance of the building.
